Members should understand the limits of their competence and professional role.

Members should avoid misleading claims and communicate professional information responsibly.

Members are encouraged to continue developing their knowledge and professional understanding.

Public Responsibility

Membership should be represented accurately and never used to imply statutory registration or authority that the Society has not granted.

A more detailed Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct may be issued separately.

Membership and professional status

Membership of the London Society for Psychology & Mental Wellbeing is membership of a professional society. It does not itself constitute statutory registration, a licence to practise or permission to use a legally protected professional title.

Professional Member means Professional Member of LSPMW.
